Shipping time and costs vary depending on the selected carrier.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. Please note that custom fees do apply. To get an estimate of shipping options and associated fees, please go to through the checkout process up until payment. 


When will my order ship?

We typically ship all orders after 10am the following business day. Our warehouse strives to send out orders as soon as possible. If you do not received a confirmation email stating your order has shipping within 72 hours of your order, please Open a Support Ticket here.


Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major US holidays.


Return & Refunds Policy

Physical Items Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your return must fit the following criteria:

  • The item must be a physical, tangible item.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Items must be in the original packaging. 
  • Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving item(s). 

Digital Product Returns Policy:

As digital products are intangible goods delivered electronically, Avalon Cakes does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital products once they have been purchased and delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

We encourage our customers to review product details and specifications carefully before making a purchase decision. If you encounter any issues with your digital product purchase, please contact our customer support team at for assistance, and we will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns.

By purchasing and downloading digital products from Avalon Cakes, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or returns will be provided for any reason, except where required by applicable law.


To start the return or exchange process, please open a Support Ticket stating the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • The items you want to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • If you'd like an exchange, store credit or a refund (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your returns have reached our facilities and are approved per the conditions above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.


Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
