GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store or website that you have listed.

 

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

The minimum order quantity is $250 (not including freight).

Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner) is not responsible or liable for the proper labeling of products for resale outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the retailer to add any necessary labeling required by local government which must not obstruct the view of the Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner) name and logo on the product.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Unless otherwise agreed, all orders must be prepaid. Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of the order placement. To cancel an order, promptly email avalon@avaloncakesschool.com

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The retailer shall be responsible for freight charges.. Delivery is typically within 1 to 3 weeks. We use USPS or DHL (internationally), based on cost affordability. If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner) within 3 days of delivery with photos of damage. Any problems must be emailed to avalon@avaloncakesschool.com and retailer cannot return goods until he has received a written authorization. Goods sent back without one will not be credited to your account. Return of goods will be at the cost of the retailer.

 

PRICING POLICY

We recommend MSPR as stated to be equal to individual set prices listed on the cakeandcookieplanner.com. Avalon Cakes will not mandate the price at which the retailer sells the products.

 

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner). The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner). You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner). Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner) will not reasonably refuse to provide watermarked copies of product images for use in online sales or social media promotions of the retailer. Product may only be sold in their original packaging, with original Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner) branding. Any attempt to remix, repackage or represent our product as your own is strictly prohibited, without expressed written consent of Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner). Retailer is permitted to group product in gift sets.

 

PRIVACY POLICY 

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner). Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner) does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Avalon Cakes (Cake and Cookie Planner) website.
