This is only applicable to elements used from our Procreate Cake Sketching Brushes/Stamps & Tools that you are using to create a new artwork.
This does NOT cover our Digital Planner, Digital Planner Stickers, or anything other than our Procreate Cake Sketching line.
Upon purchasing this license, you'll receive an order receipt confirming your rights to commercially use the digital brushes. No further documentation is required, and this license does not expire. Please note, all sales are final as we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made. However, if you have any questions about the license terms, we're here to help!

✅ Permitted Uses:
Purchasing a license allows commercial use for UNLIMITED end products sold.
You may use our products to make artwork for projects, products and items. You may sell them on any platforms or physical stores.
An end product is defined as a unique item or design incorporating the brushes in a way that it cannot be easily replicated or redistributed.
🚫 Prohibited Uses:
-Redistribution or resale of the brushes in their original digital form is strictly forbidden.
-You can not sell the individual files as is, they must be used to create a new creation.
-You can not use our artwork to create your own Procreate brushes or stamps.
-Claiming authorship of the artwork or designs created with these brushes is not allowed.
-This license cannot be shared or transferred to any third party.
Attribution:
While not required, attribution back to our Etsy store is appreciated and can be included at your discretion.
